We believe in a sustainable future. We believe in making products that last and try not to make a mess of things along the way.

born to be greenWe don’t use wasteful stuffing. All of our products are shipped in biodegradable plastic bags, and we use minimal product packaging. We take great pride in our ongoing “Born to Be Green” corporate sustainability programs.  We are a long way from perfect, but are doing our best to decrease our environmental impact.

As part of our ongoing commitment to our environment, we take great care in selecting the materials we use for the production of our bags and for our business practices.

PRODUCT PACKAGING & MERCHANDISING
We use simple hangtags printed on recycled material and biodegradable coatings.  Our products are shipped in a biodegradable plastic bag.

We don’t use any internal stuffing to bulk up the products for display purposes. This eliminates waste (which reduces landfill) and uses less space during shipment and ultimately using less fossil fuels.

PAPER CHASE
Where possible we have moved over to electronic document storage and communication, limiting our paper usage.  We recycle all office paper, re-use and recycle virtually all cardboard in our distribution facilities.

We have an ongoing commitment to decrease our ecological footprint. When you use an STM bag, you are supporting a company that was born to be green.
